Athearn Blue Box – HO Scale – Undecorated Standard Observation Car Kit 1870. Graded (C-7). Condition is “Like New”. Box graded (P-8) in the original box. It appears someone attempted to paid or strip paint part of this model. However it appears all the parts are still in the box.
