I am purchasing O gauge switches, Rail cars, Diesel engine, grade crossing, plus several other items, from Legacy Station. Since, back years ago, when in Lawrenceville.
I have probably about approximately 300 ft of FasTrack , several switches and (2) Diesel engines, plus about 16 freight cars.
I am now getting ready to put all this together in the next several weeks and use my existing track, trains and cars to get a layout to have three (3) trains running.
I have had very excellent service on everything I have purchased in the past 7 to 8 years.
I have not yet used the grade crossing as of yet, but from other friends this is a quality product

I bought 2 of these because of the price. Overall they are nice, simple to setup but one of the crossing lights in each set is intermittent and needs some wiggling around to work. Called Lionel to find that I would need to pack up and ship the entire accessory when it was obvious that the light pole had been loosen in shipping.
After reading the other review by Pear, it seems that this problem is not limited to the ones I received but rather a common problem from Lionel. If you don’t mind fiddling back and forth every now and then, this is a nice crossing for the price.

Possibly consider lubricating, conducting gel (Bachman), make sure it ‘pops’ in when assembling. Fiddling back-and-forth needed sometimes. Fragile- don’t bump it….
