Easy to assemble and disassemble. Realistic simulated gravel grading without the mess. Goes on carpet/rugs and bare floors. No wires to connect from one piece of track to another (except the power track wires that go to the transformer). Withstands being stepped on (unintentionally). Different track types (straight short/long, different radius curves, cross overs, switches) gives unlimited track layouts depending on your imagination.
